And even though this happened in your busy season where your list of repairs was as long as my arm, you somehow managed to shuffle things around and make time for me to completely strip and rebuild my transmission in record time. You even gave me a spot to park my trailer in your compound to stay for two days. You gave me a service loaner vehicle to use as well.

To start with, we appreciated that Joe stayed late on Tuesday afternoon to meet us when our van was towed back from Sicamous. Due to your hard work and extra efforts on our behalf, we were able to drive back to Calgary on Wednesday night, and did not have to take any more time off from work. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the many people who helped tremendously a few weeks back, when the transmission on our faithful family hauler expired in Revelstoke, on the last leg of our summer vacation. To all who were involved in the "Great Family Ford Rescue Event" a big Thank You for your courteous and professional approach to what could have been a very stressful situation.

Just a short thank you note regarding the warranty repair of our 2007 GMC Acadia transmission. We were unfortunate enough to have our transmission fail last December while enroute to Saskatchewan and passing through Golden. Ron from Moberly Mechanical in Golden recommended that we send you our transmission for repair and although the repair was completed and trouble free for 11 months we noticed in the 12th month that we had issues with the transmission that was still under your "one year warranty". In this day and age everyone has a warranty but few live up to their promises. After a telephone call to you, you recommended we take our vehicle into Benz Transmission here in Maple Ridge where we reside and they performed the repair "under warranty" in a prompt and professional manner and at no cost to us. As mentioned, usually there is some sort of "extra charges" even though in the stated warranty it says none but we were very impressed and very satisfied that you lived up to your word and covered the repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend any one to you as you truly are a "First Klass" transmission shop. Thank you and kind regards.

We would like to bring to your attention one of your local businesses. My husband and I were traveling through British Columbia when our truck broke down about 25 miles west of Revelstoke. Our road side assistance arranged for our tow into Salmon Arm. Our truck and trailer were dropped off at First Klass Transmission about 7:30 in the evening on June 19th.
We talked to John, the manager, then next morning. He explained how busy they were and that they were short of mechanics but promised to do his best. We spent 2 days in our trailer at the site. We were updated several times on our truck's progress; all needed repairs were explained; all the damaged parts were shown to us and we were even offered a shop car. The Shuswap Automotive repair shop next door graciously allowed us to stay in their lot - the tow company was told this was okay but we are not sure who said this.
Our truck was repaired by 4 the afternoon of the 20th and we were on our way. We are so pleased with everyone who helped us out. They are great ambassadors for your city.

Hello, you rebuilt our Red Ford 350 transmission and we made it back safely to Calgary. My husband is very happy and noticed a difference in power going through Rogers Pass. WE truly appreciated the use of the courtesy car! Thanks for getting us back home as quickly as possible.
